Vintage & Prestige have partnered with Feefo as our preferred review platform from 2026.

The Feefo platform has been chosen carefully and with significant consideration,  as we believe this organisation to be the strongest alignment to our values following eight successful years using Trustpilot. The Trustpilot reviews are still visible and online, however a Feefo review request will be sent to all new clients from January 2026 and also to existing clients who have previously left a review. We are grateful for all reviews left to date. 

Feefo, like Vintage & Prestige, is a UK company and rates on a verified/ genuine user basis, invited and with actual experience of the service being reviewed. 

Vintage & Prestige aims for carbon neutrality and is a sustainable business, given all items sold are pre-owned. Similarly, Feefo donates to tree planting for each review received, through the Treefo project. 

We value feedback as a business, in order to provide the best customer service we can. Any areas for improvement are genuinely reviewed and actioned.
Many new potential clients also look to previous user experience in order to make an educated decision on which supplier to engage.
