Vintage & Prestige recommends that you call to discuss any item you are considering purchasing if you have any doubts or concerns. We offer a consultative approach and will make recommendations based on the information we are given and will accurately describe items of interest, to expand upon the written and photographic narrative accompanying the item on the Vintage & Prestige website.
For online and shipped purchases: you may return the item you have purchased by contacting us within 14 days of your receipt to notify of a return, subsequently returning the item us within 14 days of the notification, in order to receive a full refund of the price paid for the item in accordance with our returns policy, on the basis that it is returned in the same condition as delivered.
Upon receipt, you must fully inspect the items you have purchased and in the event that the item you receive is faulty or damaged in transit, then you are required to contact Vintage & Prestige in writing within 48 hours of receipt. You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery to you ; in the event the item is to be returned, you are required to fully insure and ship (at your cost) using a tracked method within the 14 day return period to Vintage & Prestige. The item must be returned complete with any accompanying products including (but not limited to) box, paperwork, spare links. Vintage & Prestige withhold the right to make appropriate deductions for missing or damaged items.
For purchases made in person: if an item has been viewed, inspected, purchased and / or collected in person, it may be returned within 14 days in the same condition as collected for a refund.
Refunds are made by bank transfer or to the credit/ debit card used at time of purchase, after our inspection of the returned item, usually within 7 working days of receipt.
Our standard warranty terms and conditions apply whether the purchase is made online and shipped or collected / purchased in person.
