Vintage & Prestige recommends that you call to discuss any item you are considering purchasing if you have any doubts or concerns. We offer a consultative approach and will make recommendations based on the information we are given and will accurately describe items of interest, to expand upon the written and photographic narrative accompanying the item on the Vintage & Prestige website.
As a consumer you may return the item you have purchased within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund of the price paid for the item in accordance with our returns policy.
You must fully inspect the items you have purchased and in the event that the item you receive is faulty, then you are required to contact Vintage & Prestige in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery and in the event these items are to be returned, you are required to fully insure and ship (at your cost) using a tracked method (preferably Royal Mail) within the return period to Vintage & Prestige. The item must be returned complete with any accompanying products including (but not limited to) box, paperwork, spare links. Vintage & Prestige withhold the right to make appropriate deductions for missing or damaged items.
If an item has been viewed and subsequently purchased in person, no refund is offered. Vintage & Prestige may be prepared to purchase the item back subject to condition.
