A message regarding the outbreak of Covid-19, March 2020
The majority of our sales and purchasing is online and shipped, we continue our business almost as usual at Vintage & Prestige. We have robust and secure payment methods in place via vintageandprestige.com, using Barclaycard Merchant Services, PCI DSS Compliant. We take the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff, partners and suppliers as our number one priority. Accordingly, all items are cleaned as part of our normal business practice and dispatch is managed professionally by our shipping agents, who are well rehearsed in global logistics. At the time of writing, we are experiencing no change to normal service but can foresee some potential delays in the future. We will do our best to minimise any disruption.
In response to developing government advice, and to further extend precaution, we will not be meeting by appointment for the time being, and events that we had planned to exhibit at, have been postponed. We will provide additional photos of our items as well as product video tours on request. We hope that this will assist with decision making. During this period, we will offer extended warranties on all purchases (in addition to our standard warranty) as well as other incentives to thank our customers for their ongoing support and business.
Our pre-owned product range, tangible and portable assets, continues to prove a safe investment. In this spirit, we are still looking to selectively acquire stock, commission sell and offer part exchange options.
We continue to monitor advice from our government and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and we will take further measures as recommended.
