Our very rare and exquisite vintage Vacheron Constantin reference 7391/0 is powered by a 36 jewel automatic movement with date. Of note, this Vacheron Constantin features an 18k yellow gold case with a beautiful bark effect dial and integrated 18k yellow gold milanese bark bracelet which combined, measures 180mm. The case of 32 x 32mm perfectly evokes the jet set era of these type of dress watches. We date this example, which is in outstanding condition and has clearly lived the life of a 'special occasion' watch, to circa 1972. Our Vacheron Constantin would make a superb addition to any serious vintage collection or as a statement piece with strong retro leanings. Neither original box nor papers are present, a presentation box will be included at point of sale. We consider these vintage gold dress watches to be considerably underrated at present.
