Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti heart necklace in 18k yellow gold is one of the earlier Elsa Peretti variants with Tiffany & Co tag to the mesh necklace, therefore 1980s / 1990s. Size of the necklace is 34mm x 32mm. Complete with original pouch, our heart necklace is presented in excellent condition with some stretch to the mesh and signs of use overall. The Tiffany tag is partially loose, attached firmly on one mesh link. We understand the RRP to be £4250 for a new version.
