Rolex WW2 Military pocket watch

Our vintage and extremely rare pocket watch has a cal. 590 Rolex movement and case by Calcort. A late military request for these pocket watches, during WW2 led to a rush for precision Rolex movements, and steel casing to be ready for issue. This example has the army issue number and broad arrow phone clearly visible on the caseback. Fully serviced, this example is in great condition for its age, which we date to c.1942. The case is 52mm x 72mm
