Our Rolex Submariner reference 5508 aka James Bond is presented in used condition. We date the year of manufacture to 1962, our example has a caseback with multiple services and is marked 5508, II 62. The case is used, with signs of significant bracelet rub to the lugs and case therefore 5508 is visible under 30x magnification, the serial is part legible without 30x magnification. The bezel insert, dial and hands have matching patina although are service, likely 1960s/ 70s. This example comes with a nato canvas strap.
