Our Rolex Submariner Date reference 16613 is presented in outstanding condition and benefits from a Rolex UK Service Centre full service in September 2016, therefore the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty stands for two years from that date. Featuring the most desirable blue dial and bezel, the so-called blue kit, our Submariner has an 18k yellow gold and steel case and bracelet and comes as a full set with outer box (serial number on sticker), inner box, submariner booklet and instruction booklet and warranty papers (EU) dated October 2005 as well as 2005/ 2006 calendar. Our example has a F*** Serial and has solid end links, no lug holes and gold through the clasp. It would be hard to find a better example, and our's has not been worn since the Rolex Service Centre service, retaining all stickers in place.

History
Introduced in 1953, the Submariner is undeniably the most recognisable Rolex product. Originally designed for deep sea diving, the Submariner has a committed following for its elegant style combined with a robust case. The turnable bezel is a tool for measuring time whilst under water (or parking meters) and the oversized crown adds extra impermeability to the screw down feature which defines the oyster models. This model is fitted with a flip lock divers extension to the bracelet to enable to watch to be worn over a wetsuit.
