Our vintage ladies Rolex Date (Datejust) reference 6917 features a classic combination of yellow gold and stainless steel case and bracelet. Notably, the dial on this example is its original in cream, patinated and with a lovely vintage warm feel. We date manufacture of this reference 6917 Rolex Lady Date to c. 1972/3 bearing a 29 ***** serial number. Neither original box nor papers are present, although a presentation pouch will be included at point of sale. The case is in excellent condition with age related signs of use. The bracelet has significant stretch, although has plenty of life left. A very pretty vintage ladies Rolex, in commensurate condition given its age and representing superb value in context of comparable Date/ Datejust we have handled. Of note, a similar reference Rolex (not this exact watch!) was worn by Miss Goodnight in the 1973 James Bond film, Live and Let Die.
