Our vintage Rolex Day Date 1803 in 18k yellow gold is presented in very good condition, and certainly above average for its age. With a serial number 146XXXX dating production to 1966, our example is ideal for a vintage enthusiast and equally would make an ideal 50th birthday or anniversary present for 2016. Given the year, it is not unexpected that this example comes without box and papers, although a Vintage & Prestige presentation box will be included. The stepped dial is original, but we have replaced the plexiglass and hands with authentic parts, and have not polished the case, when this example was reviewed by our watchmaker. Coming from a collection, the watch has been polished in the past but the case and lugs are well above average and we have fitted a vintage style soft leather / suede strap which looks amazing and an associated gold coloured 'Rolex' tang buckle. Representing excellent value for money and with interest growing in these vintage Day Dates, finding a good example is hard, especially at this price.
