Our vintage ladies Patek Philippe reference 4133, also known as "ellipse" features a stunning integrated 18k white gold woven chain mail effect bracelet and 18k white gold cushion shaped case. The movement is manual winding and our example is presented in excellent condition with a longer bracelet with some adjustment and comes complete with an extract from the archives showing a manufacture date of 1973 and sale date of 1973. Epitomising 1970s elegance, our example is rare with the silver coloured dial.
