Omega Speedmaster Mark II 145.034

Our vintage and very rare Omega Speedmaster Mark II reference 145.034 with cal. 861 movement features a 41.7mm heavy gold plated case with stainless steel case back, gold coloured dial and deep red/ brown tachy scale. This example is highly original with signs of use to the case and original pushers. The tachy scale which would originally have been burgundy has developed a brownish colour which adds to the retro appeal of this space age chronograph. A new quality leather strap and generic tang buckle are fitted. Neither box nor papers are present and we date production to circa 1970. A superb and rare Speedy, underrated given the relatively low production numbers and manufacturing years. Neither box nor papers are present, a presentation pouch will be included at point of sale.
