Notes
Our vintage and rare manually wound Jaeger-LeCoultre ladies Etrier features an 18k yellow gold case (25 x 28mm) and is fitted with a quality leather strap and tang buckle. We date our Jaeger-LeCoultre to c.1970. Etrier references are famed for their unusual oblong horse stirrup style. This reference is also known as the Hermès and the Luchetto. The Hermès because of the relationship between the maison and Jaeger-LeCoultre, since the turn of the 20th century when JLC was retailed in Hermès stores (some co-branded) until the mid 1970s. Luchetto, as named by Italian collectors, referencing the design of a padlock. Presented in excellent condition given its age, our JLC Etrier really represents the Halcyon days of the manufacturers 1960s and 70s designs.
