An extremely rare and attractive mid size wristwatch by world renowned jewellers, H Stern, this Swiss made Sapphire collection features a blue sapphire glass and 18k yellow gold case, the design of which is IQ and patented by H Stern. The inner bezel is set with fine quality diamonds and gold hands, its leather strap attached to the case by diamond set lugs, and fastened with a diamond set 18k yellow gold tang buckle. A quite astonishing statement piece, the case measures 35.6mm inc crown (33mm without), 39mm lug to lug. The strap will fit a wrist up to approx 200mm. Included is its original inner and outer box as well as a redacted copy of its original sales receipt, showing it was retailed in 2006 by a H Stern boutique where it commanded a retail price of US$15000. A superb and unique piece available for a fraction of its original cost then, imagining a significant rise if sold new today.
