A very rare piece of TV memorabilia, this wristwatch was manufactured by ESP and commissioned for the Due South TV series features a stainless steel and gold tone case which measures 38 (exc crown) x 42mm (lug to lug) and is fitted to its original leather strap and gold tone buckle. Dual signed on the dial, Due South and Alliance (the production company) , with compass points instead of numbers, the case back reads Assembled in Canada , ESP. Included is its warranty paper and texture pouch, this Due South watch is presented in unworn/ ex display condition, and has a new battery fitted. We understand a limited number of these were made as gifts for the production crew and cast, during the shooting of the final season of the very popular series, Due South, starring Paul Gross and directed by Paul Haggis, between 1994-1999. A huge hit in its native Canada and in the UK , we consider this is an unrepeatable opportunity for any fan or TV centric collection.
