Our vintage diamond dress ring is of a highly unusual and compelling design, in 14k yellow gold, the 'horse shoe' has a white gold top and is pave set with diamonds, with three additional rubber diamonds to the top, totalling est .70ct. This has been hallmarked pursuant the hallmarking act , 2019 London, although the style likely denotes manufacture in the 1970s.
