Popular in the roaring '20s and 1930s, a champagne swizzle stick was used to remove and reduce bubbles in a glass of champagne. This particular example also features a loop to the opposing end to fit to a chain or watch chain. The swizzle telescopically retracts fully into the body of the stick for optimum portability, measuring three and a half inches when retracted. Of 9k yellow gold, and with wonderful hobnail detail across the body, our antique champagne stick is presented in excellent condition, with only light signs of use. A statement piece in every sense.
