Our stunning vintage Cartier Vendome features a large 33mm x 29mm 18k yellow gold case and is powered by a mechanical / manual winding movement. There is a rose gold inner band to the gold case. We date this Cartier to approx 1980 and have fitted a quality leather strap and gold coloured tang buckle. This example comes without box or papers, but a Vintage & Prestige presentation box will be included. The overall condition is far above average.
