Our rare and near vintage Cartier Tank Americaine with automatic movement, reference 1740, is the XL version with 26mm x 44mm tank case in 18k yellow gold with white dial and its original tan leather strap with 18k yellow gold Cartier tang buckle. Presented in excellent condition with some light signs of use form new, this Cartier Tank comes with inner box as well as original papers with a sale date of March 2000.
