Breitling Top Time 2006 – 33 “panda”

Our vintage and attractive manually wound Breitling Top Time, reference 2006-33 features a 36mm stainless steel case (exc crown, 39mm inc crown) with panda dial, and is fitted to a generic quality leather strap with steel tang buckle. We date manufacture to c.1969 given the 128*** serial number. Presented in excellent (we consider unpolished) condition, the starburst effect to the case well preserved. There is light patination to the dial, with coeval hands. This is one of the best Top Times that we have handled. This example comes with a presentation pouch , the original box and papers are not present. The Top Time was introduced in the late Sixties, inspired by the space age styling of the era, appealing to a younger and trendier audience. The retro vibes make this ideal for a fan of this styling and, in this condition, likely also of interest for a serious collection.
